I just read the e book, and its exactly where I want to be. I want to train to go, I'm a mother of 3 juggling everything including a part time job and I can't wait to start, I'm going to send this to my friends and family.
I am a mom myself that was forever looking for lasting ways to stay fit, For years I had been doing the very things Tiara said not to do such as excessive cardio to burn fat. I tried her highly researched plan ..and it works. It really does. Lots of protein, less cardio, weight training and most importantly,real food! This plan allows me to stay fit while giving me back the extra wasted time with cardio to enjoy my family and kids!
As a mom with several children born close together, I've not shed the pounds in-between very well. I was finding little success sustaining with diets. I was using up a lot of time with cardio with menial results. I've even tried popular DVD fitness programs that are good, but I found to be expensive to keep up and not catered specifically to women. The Tiary Diary is the golden answer -- it's catered specifically to a woman's body. Tiara is a fitness and nutrition expert who has done copious research to find out and teach us how our bodies work, and what we need to do to get them (and keep them) in their best shape ever. It's not a diet or a fad or a short-term program ... it's a lifestyle change that is surprisingly very doable and invigorating. I find her ever-expanding video library of exercises you can do from anywhere (without a TV & DVD player), as well as the immense amount of information and links on her site to be incredibly helpful. Her personal story is so motivating -- and she continually offers motivation and information to keep me going. Here the search ends and the long-term success story begins. You'll be so glad you did!
My girlfriend began working out with me last year and asks me a lot of fitness- and nutrition-related questions. For the most part I've been able to give her great tidbits of guidance and advice, but I decided to look around for some specific women's health resources because at the end of the day I felt like she needed a go-to resource outside of me. I ran across this ebook when someone Liked it on Facebook, so I ordered it and sent it to her, and she absolutely loves it. Today she showed it to me, and it is really comprehensive with very good, female-specific nutrition info and the targeted exercises she needs. And it helps that shes amazed with Tiara and is super motivated by her story, which is also something she needs right now as she's trying to buckle down even more working out and eating right. To all you guys out there get this for your girlfriends!
I read this book in under half an hour. Lots of useful info, but not worth $19.99. Sorry Tiara. Maybe if it were more specific or detailed.
